Scope
Complete strip out and restoration of a Darlinghurst terrace house including a new rear extension, enlarged internal openings, new kitchen and bathrooms throughout. Both the ground and first floor framing required replacing as well as most of the roof framing and linings. New polished hardwood floors were installed on both levels and the attic roof space has been converted into a plant/store room. Security and privacy was of the utmost importance to achieve peace of mind for their clients.
