SCOPE
Full refurbishment of a seven story timber framed office building in the heart of Sydney. This included the complete fire separation of each floor, full elevator replacement, new compliant bathrooms on each level, breakout areas for staff and student as well as flexible learning spaces to allow for a range of different class sizes and functions. A stripout and rebuild of the ground floor restaurant kitchen was also required due to structural floor issues that needed rectification.
