Complete strip out and restoration of an existing cottage including a new rear extension, enlarged internal open plan layout with vaulted ceilings and skylights, new garage, kitchen and bathrooms throughout. New polished hardwood floors were installed in living areas with an integrated outdoor living space overlooking a new inground swimming pool. Security and privacy was achieved with new Colorbond fencing and landscaping.
