SCOPE
The project involved the modification, stripout and refurbishment of the existing base building mechanical services. Works included craning a new steel frame platform on the roof, reducting throughout the building, replacement condensor units and AC switchboards. Access to the roof and walkways were upgraded to current code compliance and roof repairs were undertaken as required to avoid any water leaks from existing penetrations.
